Our Commitment

A Pledge to Non-Profit Integrity

Every rupee we receive is applied solely toward our charitable mission — never for personal gain or dividends.

100% Mission-Driven Funds

Income and property of the Foundation are applied exclusively for the promotion of charitable objects as set forth in the Memorandum. No dividend, bonus, or profit is distributed to members.

Transparent Governance

No remuneration or personal benefit is given to any member of the Board or governing body beyond out-of-pocket expenses and fair interest on loans advanced to the Foundation.

Protected by Law

No alteration to our Memorandum or Articles of Association may be made without prior written approval of the Central Government (Registrar of Companies), as mandated for Section 8 companies.

Governance & Compliance

Transparent, Accountable & Tax-Exempt

Registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. Fully compliant with Sections 12A/12AB and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

12A / 12AB Registration

Accounts, donation receipts, and utilization certificates are maintained in full compliance with the conditions prescribed under Section 12A/12AB.

80G Tax Exemption

Donors receive valid tax exemption receipts issued in accordance with the prescribed rules under Section 80G. Your donation qualifies for income tax deduction.

Annual Statutory Audit

A Chartered Accountant examines the Foundation's accounts at least once every financial year to verify the correctness of financial statements.

CSR Fund Tracking

A separate registry and accounting audit trail is maintained for all corporate CSR grants, public donations, and government funding to ensure full transparency.

Human Rise Foundation is registered as a Section 8 company (limited by guarantee, without share capital) under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in the State of Karnataka, and maintains compliance with Sections 12A/12AB and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
